Dr. Baxter Burke - Veterinarian

Dr. Baxter Burke is originally from Opelika, AL where he lived while completing his doctorate at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020.

Prior to obtaining his DVM, Dr. Burke completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama. During Veterinary school he developed a strong interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and preventative care medicine.

Dr. Burke moved to the Tri-Cities with his long-haired Dachshund mix, Gabe. His hobbies include snow skiing, tennis, and hiking. Dr. Burke has always admired the mountains of East Tennessee and is happy to have joined the team at Colonial Heights Animal Hospital.
